Broadcasting

To broadcast on installed Televisions - TV you need a digital camera and to be in the GCTV Building in Fairview Heights while it's powered. Use the chat function in game and use the bracket "Broadcast".

(Digital cameras are located in Electronic Stores and can also be found in the GCTV Building itself.

It helps to have a TV in there so you can see what your sent message looks like but it's not a requirement.
